Diagnosis :

Malignant mesotelioma

Findings :

Abdominal CT scan shows irregular diffuse tumoral wall thickening and dilatation of jejunal segment (aneurysmal dilatation of bowel) in the left abdomen. Oral contrast filling into tumoral segment verifies that it originates from bowel.

History :

A patient with abdominal pain, weight loss, lethargy, pyrexia of unknown origin was admited to the hospital. A palpable abdominal mass was detected during physical examination.
