Diagnosis :

Annular Pancreas

Findings :

Contrast-enhanced CT image shows pancreatic tissue completely encircling the descending portion of the duodenum.

History :

A patient with diagnosis of peptic ulcus and recurrent upper abdominal pain. No blood count abnormality was detected.

the most likely diagnosis coming to my mind is diverticulum in the sectond portion medial wall of duodenum.the key point is (air bubble)

The second part of the duodenum is surrounded by a ring of pancreatic tissue continuous with the head of the pancreas; Final diagnosis is Annular Pancreas.

I agree with dr Hakan, the images are typical for annular pancreas.
