The left renal pelvicalyceal system is dilated. 1/3 middle segment of left üreter has mass. Firstly I think TCC.

I agree with Sefa, the ureteral mass seems like a TCC. Also a mass lesion seems in the right gluteal muscles, which is compatible with metastasis in my opinion.

There is a mass obstructing the left ureter with proximal dilatation, multipl retrocrural, paraaortic, paracaval, iliac, right obturatory, right inguinal lymphadenomegaly, a hyperdense homogenius mass in the right gluteus medius muscle and a similar mass around the L3 spinous process . It may be a metastatic spread of malign melanoma.
